SK had a great season in 2014! But now it is time to get ready for 2015. SK added Scott, Bryan Station and Highlands to the schedule. SK will be lead by QB Cameron Racke and RB Dillon Powell.
SK might be getting a transfer from Dunbar. I heard he has the same build as Dillon Powell.

Go Pioneers!. I guess Confusednicker:
UK1fan, obviously this forum concentrates and caters more the southern and eastern KY region. Not that they don't care about Simon Kenton or any northern, western or central KY HS, I believed they are just not exposed enough to those region. You should stick to the other forum. They cater to ALL the regions of KY. Oh BTW I think SK will do very well in 6A, until they meet up with Trinity in the playoffs.

SK lineman David Sandlin was offered a scholarship from Kentucky Wesleyan.

Not to rain on the parade or take anything away from the kid as a player, but Kentucky Wesleyan is D 2 and tuition is $30k a year. That means he was offered $5,000 and work study. He'll still have to come up with $20,000. Not much of a scholarship if you ask me.

If you didn't want to rain on a parade you would have kept your mouth shut like you should have. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Simon Kenton will have a tough year, 3-7.

Just trying to "keep it real" on D2 offers from private schools.

Simon Kenton should be pretty good again this year.

3-7? SK will be just as good if not better than last year. They are faster this year and just as big as last year.

That is better than no offer at all.
