Two teams with solid chances to win the region. Woods didn't play much due to foul trouble. Cotton colder than the polar vortex. Harlan County's size will give lots of teams in the 13th problems. Good opening test for both teams. The kind of game that gets you ready for later in the year.
Woods was in foul trouble, but she played at least 24 minutes. HCHS did a good job on her. She just took four shots, I think. Cotton was 5 of 22.
I sure hope the girls do well this year, considering all the challenges they have had to face!
