KVCA poll released yesterday but there seems to be some issues. Two teams in the top 6, Villa Madonna and Henry County, that aren't even in there region top 5. McCracken leads region 1, but is ranked 14th while Ballard Memorial is 2nd in region and 9th in the state?????!!!!

The poll was "fixed" this morning, and a new poll was posted. But it was also full of errors, so the original poll was put back up. It's a mess. Newport went 0-16 last year and they are ranked 11th.

The first fix this morning was even funnier. A new school called DuPont Memorial was listed at #20. Preseason polls are not the best, but you can at least be logical about it. Did not enough coaches respond? If so, then fudge it a little bit. This is almost laughable.

Hilarious that Betsy Layne is in the top 20 in the state, yet not even #1 in their own region, while the #1 & 2 teams in the region aren't in the top 20. Lol people really should pay more attention when voting, I support Pikeville like crazy, but Allen Central, as the reigning 15th region champs, should be #1 until they're knocked off. Hopefully Pikeville lives up to the rankings and even more.

And my Lady Cougars took care of business and defeated Betsy Lane tonight...Go Cougars!
