Is it true that if u dont play football your junior year and u switch schools your senior year, you would be rule uneligible???

Anyone know if this is true i would really apericate it, if I had any info?
you should be eligable. because alot of the time when you move you have to set out a year then you can play. the way if you fail a grade you have to sit out a year to play again.
I don't know, but I would think that they would still be ineligible because I don't see why they'd make an exception just because they didn't play sports before, but I may be wrong. I'd like to hear an official answer to this as well.
Case BL-6-8- Is there an exception to the one year
ineligibility period if a student sits out one year at
the sending school?
Yes, through action of the 2005 Annual Meeting, the
period of ineligibility may be waived if a student does
not participate in for an entire school year at any level,
after having previously established eligibility. This should
be indicated on appropriate line of the transfer form
(GE06) prior to its submission to the office.
Well there's the answer. They would be eligible as long as they didn't play at all during the season before.
