If a girls team gets new uniforms, shoes and do not have to pay for them but the boys have to pay for theirs wouldn't this be part of title IX ?
What fantasy program would this be? It is always the other way around. To answer your question, yes that falls under Title IX.
some schools do a uniform rotation, and if a team wants new uniforms but it's not their turn in the rotation, then they'll have to buy them or just wait. so it depends on the schools system for paying for new uniforms.
No fantasy. A couple years ago both the teams had gotten brand new uniforms. Now this year the girls get new uniforms and shoes but did not have to pay for them, the boys are suppose to be getting new uniforms as well but may have to pay over $100

Nobody paid for the uniforms two years ago. But now the boy are having to pay for theirs and the girls are not
