1. Collins- The Titans earn their stake at the top with a heroic 4A Championship
2. Male- Bulldogs were the class of Louisville 6A, but just couldn't overcome Scott County
3 DeSales- Colts get the AA Title and an impressive win over John Hardin strengthens their resume
4. John Hardin- Bulldogs pushed Bowling Green more than any other KY team
5. St. Xavier/Trinity- Basically the same underachieving team who could not beat Male
