Other than Dalton Richardson the team shot the ball very poorly, especially from the free throw line. I like the intensity they showed on the defensive end. North Laurel battled with SV for most of the game...

Andrew Newsome had 17 rebounds and the team had 27 offensive rebounds if I remember correctly. They had an off game shooting for sure, but they played hard. Had quite a few defensive breakdowns but those things will be sured up as the season goes along. They certainly played hard and that was great to see. The freshman guard from North Laurel was very impressive. His size and skill set were impressive.

Team must walked the ball up the court against SV. Only way they can get back on defense. A quick team will beat the wildcats. Look what happened to them in district last year when ER run them out of gym. Talk your smack now but they better get on their track shoes.

SV???? Slow Slow Slow?????

SV boys were impressive with their intensity and desire. North Laurel has a very good team and will surprise quite a few people this year, the tall freshman was very impressive. Both teams used full court pressure, SV didn't shoot the ball well, but they did crash the offensive boards very well. Overall to not shoot well and still win by 12 says something in itself.
