I'm pretty sure the academies fall under the direction of the DoD, if so I don't see the problem as the Defense is fully functional.
According to Fox Sports1 last night the game is going to be played as scheduled.
It was cancelled and then uncancelled
DOD had cancelled game due gov shut down. Then United airlines said they would fly Air Force to the game. That's when the game was on again.
