Whenever the WWE is in Philly most of the wrestlers workout at a gym called IronSport Gym which is owned by Steve Pulicinelli. He usually posts a pic or two of some of the wrestlers on his training log. The link below is of John Cena. It's obvious by looking at the calluses on his hands that John does a lot of heavy, hard pulls. I'm not a huge fan of Cena in the ring but I respect him.
