I find this interestesting, as it shows how much less valuable a dollar is now.

I really like this,I noticed something else over the weekend. I'm not a big NASCAR fan but I do watch a race now and then. I remember watching the Dover race years ago and the stands were full. Well sunday it looked empty alone most of the track. Just wondering if anybody has studied events like races compared to the ecomony?

The France family is doing mor harm to nascar than anything. Fans are dropping like flies because of all the stipid moves they are pulling on the sport. Nascar has survived bad economys before, but it might not survive the Frances.
I just cant do it.
I can not watch a race of cars constantly turning left for 4 hours.
It would be different in person im sure, but every race just seems so typical.

IMHO, what has costed Nascar more than anything is the lack of parity, with Johnson winning it five years in a row. Fans knew it was happening year after year and they lost interest.
