Ok, so QQ and I started our work out today of Tae Bo. This video has been sitting here for ages so we decided to give it a try..and boy was it funny watching QQ do TaeBo. I couldnt do anything but laugh! :lol:

Tae bo is really funny.. Especially when people say they know karate or something and you ask them what kind, and they go tae bo lol..

This is even funnier, imagine this. All the linemen on the 2002 PHS football team in a room doing Tae-Bo together with our lineman coach. It probably looked hilarious from the outside.

That would be funny CE.

If you knew QQ personally, you'd know why I was laughing so much...he's so funny sometimes...he is SO uncoordinated when it comes to exercising,dancing,etc...

Never tried it, but I probably need to.
