Collins scored 17 runs in the final 3 innings, including 7 in the bottom of the 7th to send the game to extra innings. Freshman Kylie Truelock picked up her first victory of the season in relief.
They were down 12 to 2 going to bat in the bottom of the 6th. They scored 6 runs in the 6th. Fern Creek scored 3 to go up 15 to 8. Collins tied it up in the 7th to send it to extra innings. Fern Creek went up 18 to 15, Collins won it in the eighth. Four of their five wins have came in their last at bat. They don't quit.
