However for the sake of unity we should all agree Derek Forrest sucks. Lol

No Tevin Slaughter on 1st Team Def. nor Tyson Williams on Any Team. WOW!! Both made best of Bluegrass All Stars and Border Bowl All Stars, an AP All State, but can't make All Mountain Team, Don't understand!!!!!

For those left out on AP and WYMT the real list comes out Christmas Day in the Courrier Journal.

Trent wasn't selected to the all mountain team on defense but he was selected AP 1st team on defense. This is a joke.

Robbie Lucas has got to be the Best Coach in the State of Kentucky, he has absolutly no Talent at all and He went 11-3 on Season and played in Semi-State. The reason I say this he only had 1 kid good enough to make the All Mountain Team and that as HM. WOW!! Robbie is a Great Coach, but he will tell you what kinda Talent he had this past year. This Selection Group, whomever they were, did a pitiful Job.

Belfry had two second team all state lineman, rushed for 4,000+ again, and played for a state title (and damn near won)... I think our line was better than third. Strength of our entire team.

There is not a Michael Ross from Williamsburg. His name is Michael Rose-Creekmore. I hate that a players gets a honor for honorable mention on defense and his name is wrong. Congratulations to all the players that were honored.

Coach Hines coached a very young team and a Freshman QB, won district and made it to Regional final. Winning the most games or advancing farther into playoffs doesnt always mean you did best coaching job.

congradulations to all players on the mountain teams its well deserved and a good list of players I just dont understand why Weston Little was not first team all mountain by far the best back in the mountains what did the kid had to do 2315 yds 33 tds in 11 games no the kid was not on a powerhouse team but no player honestly had the numbers he did. People will see just how good this kid is in the borderbowl game

Hines and Pulaski also had one of the easiest districts to play in..
everyone was terrible in it.

Larkey has owned Hines since playoffs of 2010. I would submit to you that Harlan County is where it is because of Larkey's off season program. I don't know the answer of why PC was playing so many young players but no 5A school should be playing that many young kids.

Hines is a fine coach....not coach of the year in Mountain 5A.

I don't like having more than 11 young men on the All-Mountain 1st Team. If you put more than 11 out there in a game, it's a penalty! haha SO let's keep it as realistic as possible. I also agree with the Harlan Co. fans, Larkey should've been Coach of the Year. This is off topic, but I can not wait to see how well Williamsburg plays next year!

Polly from Bell on third team? If I'm not mistaken he was inside the top 5 in the state rushing..finished the season just shy of 2,000 yards.

If it was terrible, then why did Madison Southern beat Perry Cent and Pulaski beat Letcher and Whitley.

Congradulations to Weston little first team all state from the courier journal now I'm glad this kid got what he deserved unlike the ap polls and even wymtv sports overtime did not even have him first team all mountain lol weston finished 3rd all time in the mountains in career yards and 6th in state history in just 42 or 43 games played
