Mullins A and B teams split with Neon tonight on the road. B team improved their record to 10-7 overall with a 34-15 win. They were down early, but came back with good defense to take control of the game. Mullins B team was led in scoring by Cassidy Mullins 10 pts, Kara Parsley and Alexis Ray with 7 pts each, Haley Boyd 4 pts, Skylar Stumbo 3 pts, Bailey Birchfield 2 pts and Hope Hunter 1 pt.
A team drops to 7-10 on the year and are 1-9 in their last 10 games. They too were down early and came back to cut the lead to two, but could not get over the hump, final score Neon 30 Mullins 27. Mullins A team was led in scoring by Lorin Holloway and Sam Tibbs with 7 pts each, Tayler Hamilton 6 pts, Rachel Blackburn 5 pts and Amy Tibbs 2 pts.
