It's been a steady downpour with moments of thunder and lightning here in Paintsville. Since it's CATS testing, that's not a big deal, but there's baseball to be played and I was wondering how everyone will be impacted.

Phelps was supposed to have a DH in Williamson but it got cancelled due to the weather!! Little league played right on though... got the kids in and outta there by 8:00 p.m.!!! They have tests to take!!!
