Good game. Sheldon Clark definitely has some size, and with good coaching and fundamentals work, could be a decent team. But they are just too far behind on the basic fundamentals of volleyball right now. Passing, serve receptions, digging, etc. All those were sorely lacking. Kudos to Pikeville girls for not easing up too much and just going ahead and putting the games away. Sometimes young teams tend to play down (or up) to the talent of the opposing team, glad to see that wasn't the case tonight.

Pikevilles coach is doing a great job with the team! Great improvement!

By the way, JV won for PHS as well, to also improve to 3-0. Undefeated last year and again so far this year.
