This man was the DA for centre county pennsylvania, who had built up sufficient evidence for prosecuting sandusky not once but twice, It seems as though he was gathering enough evidence for a judicial beatdown so to speak but dissapeared before he could. His laptop was discovered in a river with its hardrive removed, and a search of his home computer turned up internet searches on how to render a hardrive unusable. All in all this is the big reason why it took so long to prosecute sandusky. And could very well lead to a huge conspiracy in PA over the protection of sandusky. Very interesting stuff here.

Because some peopel thing sports is more important. When you had the power Paterno had over a University, Town, State. It could have went on even longer if he wished it to.
