Lady Engineers return a load of talent. Should be up there for another District and Region Title. Region Should be between Estill, Jenkins, Breathitt, Letcher. Can't never count out anyone come tourney time tho. Should be a year like last year.
It would appear that Estill and Jenkins will once again have the edge. Letcher will also be a threat. Don't forget Powell, despite losing three seniors they are capable of a championship run. Breathitt may be in the running, but after losing seven maybe eight seniors it could be a rebuilding year for them. You can't count out Perry Central, ever not while Whitney Back is there.
The big loss that hurts Jenkins is Kayla Stambaugh, she will be missed a lot. Is the other Stambaugh girl as good as Kayla?
Kayla was the team's spotlight player. Coach Charles will have to find another hurler to fill a very big void. As for Lexie Stambaugh, don't know much about her, she will be a freshman next year I believe.
I'm feeling another regional title for EC!

Looks like Estill won't be playing Rockcastle in 2013 unless it's a tournament. Rockcastle updated their schedule on KHSAA today and Estill isn't on it
