This was announced last week. It's a big rivalry especially when layed the opening weekend when there are not a lot of top notch games to choose from. The fact that ESPN picked it up is not a surprise. This is One thing I think Brooks got horribly wrong. UK/UofL shoud be the opening game every year where it would be a marquis match up.

I would have thought the Marshall/WVU game would have been on Sunday. Especially since WVU is now in the BigXII and will probably be a top 10 team. Who wants to see Joker/Charlie jokefest????

Nobody cares about WV. The Mountainqueers vs the Blundering Turd will never be a big draw.
