We got slammed down here in far SE KY.
Corbin is covered.
Snowed for nearly 6 hours today.

I measured earlier before it quit and had over 5 inches in my yard.

I like to watch it snow, but i dont like the mess it leaves afterwords.
Were suppose to be up in the 60's by Wednesday and it will be a complete mess all week.

I would be that all schools around here will be closed.
This is what it looked like in Whitley County today.

It's Presidents Day...

I thought everyone was out?
^Not everybody, somehow.

I believe Hazard, before the snow, planned on having school then. I could be wrong.

I think they were having school.

It's 2:12 AM and still nothing here in Irvine
Schools around here like Corbin, Williamsburg and Whitley county was going to have school anyways because they always go on Presidents day to make up for snow days, but as irony would have it, there going to have a snow day on there makeup day.
Harlan Co would be closed today if they weren't already out for President's Day.
The cold air didn't hit as early as everyone thought, so we had a ton of rain before it changed over.
We have less than 4" of snow, but it's on top of about 2" of ice. Took me an hour to get my car thawed out this morning!!
