North would be the best team in the 13th followed by Whitley
I dont think so.
I think it would have made North a little better and Clay worse.
If that was the case i would rank them
1. Whitley
2. Harlan County
3. Clay County
4. Harlan
5. North Laurel

North Laurel would be at the top if that crazy --- bunch would have kept Coach Bowling.. I have a hard time understanding Laurel Co. athletics.. CRAZY
I saw North play the other night. They could use some players. All they had was Sam Profitt.
