Huge win for the Titans who improve to 15-8. They were lead by 6'8" center Brian Stone with 20, and Dez Marshall with 19. Derek Willis had about 18 or 20 for Bullitt East. Collins lead almost the entire game.

Senior center Brian Stone scored 20 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and blocked four shots Friday night to lead the Collins boys' basketball team to a 55-49 victory over visiting Bullitt East and recent University of Kentucky commit Derek Willis.

Junior forward Dez Marshall added 19 points and eight rebounds for the Titans, who led by as many as nine points early in the fourth quarter before holding off the Chargers' late charge.

Two free throws from senior guard Darian Dugle with 17.6 seconds to play gave Collins a four-point lead, at 53-49, before Bullitt East missed a pair of shots. Stone was fouled when he grabbed the rebound of the second miss, by Willis, with 2.8 seconds remaining. He then hit two foul shots to seal it.

Willis, who committed to the Wildcats one week ago, scored 18 points but didn't get many easy baskets.
