As far as I know, the Varsity game was delayed until additional law enforcement showed up.

According to some Facebook friends, the fight was on the court, so I'm not sure either.

Thats crazy!! Be nice if someone that was at the game could tell us why the fight started and whether it was between players or fans. I'm assuming fans if they had to wait for additional law enforcement like Nefarious83 mentioned!!
This had to have be one heck of a game to go to!! Not only a fight but, a double overtime thriller!!

A fan ran onto the court and started a fight during the JV game.
^ hadn't heard that one. I bet that gym was packed so tight that there was only standing room

^It wasnt as packed as i thought it would be, and that guy that ran out from the stands to get in that fight shouldnt have got out there. It was a fun game to watch and both these teams look down this year

Who starts a fight in a JV game? lol..Bad loss for Breathitt or is Wolfe going to be a contender for the region this year? I know Denniston is a player but had heard from people that Breathitt would contend with Perry, Buckhorn and Knott this year?
A very big upset in my opinion. Not seen wolfe but i really thought breathitt would be right in the mix of things this yr.
What has changed in Breathitt from last year besides the coach??
They looked very young and undersized in region last year.. Just don't know how people is getting that this Breathitt team is that big this year..
Wolfe is just that good, Denniston can play with the best of them.

Not sure I have heard anyone say they are really big. They have one good big man in Fraley and some other kids in the 6'1" to 6'3" range. Breathitt returns everyone from last year with the exception of Billy Hays while adding Fletcher and Trent from the football team.
Listened to the game last night and have talked to several people that were there and IMO the Breathitt players let the emotion of the game and the atmosphere get to them. It was a crazy game for a season opener when you consider everything that happened. Fight in a JV game involving a fan running onto the floor and attempting to fight a Breathitt player. Several fans being restrained and escorted out by police during both games. Varsity game being delayed while they waited on additional police to arrive for security.
^I was at that game and i saw maybe 4 police officers there, and both teams let the emotions of the fans get to them
