Wow! Western Hills put up 40 on Garrard? Was that some garbage time points or did Garrard overlook them and have to fight for this?

It was a combination of things...probably a little letdown after the bourbon game last week and a little added pressure with the clinching of the district title on the line. Garrard's D didn't play all that well but made enough plays to win the game. Give WH credit...they fought hard to the very end. Hopefully Garrard got their bad game out of their system. Coach Scenters and the rest of their coaches will have the Golden Lions ready to play @ Estill next week.
Congrats to Garrard on winning the district championship. Their 1st since 1993 and their 3rd overall in school history. This group of Golden Lions is a very special group of young men and have worked so hard to get where they are at.

them fits. Really no D on either side. Garrard's O had to pick up the slack to take the
W. They will have to do much better in the playoffs.

WH and PC should match up well. If WH can improve their blocking for the ground game,
they will create some excitement in the playoffs..
