I agree. Pineville has had some good teams in time's past.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I'm pretty sure Pineville won back-to-back district titles in '99 and '00. I'd say they'd have an argument with the statement that last year's 3rd place team was the best ever or in recent years.
I stand corrected, checked myself. No district title in '99.
