i am not sure if thats in Ky or both Wv and Ky,but either way congrats..
The 300 wins are for Kentucky only, he has like 328 wins for a career. That includes his time as coach at Huntington Vinson in the early 70's.

That is correct. From the KHSAA website before the beginning of this season:
