According to what I have compiled, as of next week if Rock loses, they still win the tie-break
Rock could count PerryCC (5), Russell Co, (6) Montgomery Co (3) and Whitley Co. (3). That would total 17 wins as of today.
Knox Central. would count the only 2 KY teams they have beaten (can't count out of state teams for this) West Jessamine (0), and Clay County (1). That gives them a total of 1 win.
Russell County would county, North Laurel, South Laurel, Whitley County and Marion County, which have all have won 3 games, which gives them 12 wins.
So as of right now, according to the rule that Laker20 shared, Rock wins the tie break. Even if Knox Central beats Rock and Russell Co beats Knox that would only give Knox a total of 8 points and Russell Co would have 17. BUT every game that Russell County wins, Rock gets too add another point so Rock would still own the tie breaker if they win every game other than Knox Central. So, if they slip up against Knox, it wont be super-devistating, but you want to take care of the games you play, don't leave it up to science or to whether or not somebody else wins/loses.
