About a year late actually. This has been in the works for quite a while. They made it public to shareholders to gain approval. They have just now began to plug it publicly.

I don't think the final plans have been put together. It's been rumored that they will purchase an existing network and just convert it over. Something similar to what Oprah did when she bought the We channel and converted it to "O". So it's just going to depend on whether it's a channel that either is already carried at your local cable or satellite list of channels.
