I have no idea, but I read in the Betsy Layne/Allen Central thread he would not be playing. I personally don't know though.

Betsy Layne is in the process of building their program (and making pretty good progress this year). Let them do their thing. The negativity serves no purpose whatsoever.

I'm not sure if you get a DQ if its 2 or 3 games this year. I know last year it was 1 but it has changed this year.
