Cubs take the pups in hard fought battle. HC down 14 - 6 score two TD's in second half for the win.
After giving up 6 on opening drive Hazard took kickoff return back for score. Then held HC on ensuing drive and scored another long home run on the second play. 2nd half was all HC.
#8 for Hazard is a good looking athlete!

This game was nearly 21-7 at the half. HUGE recovery by HC. Hazard didnt get a first down in the second half......
#8 is brandon jones, He plays much like Dominique hayden of LCA. I know because i've watched brandon play and played against Dom all through high school. Brandon is going to make some noise this year and im sure he will become a well known player in years to come.
Nobody should be surprised. I'm actually surprised HC didn't win by more. A 5A school such as HC should destroy a 1A school like Hazard. Even in JV.
maybe harlan co. won because # 8 brandon jones didn't play in the second half, hazard really hasen't had a problem beating respectable 5A programs in the past, just sayin.
