It may just be me, but I think that the group of juniors in the 15th region is better and more talented than the group of seniors. What are everybody's thoughts and some examples of the best juniors and seniors in the region?

I agree, if I was picking a POY it wouldn't be from the senior class. The junior class is loaded - Brittany Manns, Ashley Howard from Magoffin, Haley Ratliff from Pike Central, Kendra Carroll (I think) from Paintsville, Amanda Moon from Belfry...any of these could be your POY next year. As for seniors I can only think of Chelsea Jarrell from Paintsville and Calloray Howard from Magoffin right off the top of my head.
