Letcher Central has had one crazy tournament.... The Hazard game was wild and then to blow out Powell.
But I think the other place for Letcher to go is down....

this is a tough choice, both teams have been playing Great but I believe I'm gonna go with KCC but as bad as I hate to say it, I believe whoever wins the 14th Region will have an Early Exit in the State Tournament losing to Warren East
