*I think LC gets a little easier road (although Belfry will pose a threat) and so wins the tourney. Pikeville will have 2 tough games with Paintsville and then P-burg (whom they cannot overlook and will not overlook this time around). That will have them battle tested for the championship, but I think pitching will be tired and down by then.

All Lawrence County games can be heard on WZAQ 92.3 out of Louisa or also 98.9 WSIP will be calling also. WSIP will cover both 57th dsitrict teams in the 15th region tournament.

Thanks, I live in the 14th reg. and am a LCC fan. But this 15th reg. with the possibility of a LC/ Pikeville final could draw a huge crowd. I would definitely make the trip to Prestonsburg to watch that one.

It would be worth it, that being if Pikeville gets past a hot Paintsville team today. Weather is looking great for this week so should be a great week of highschool baseball.
