The doctor that performed the surgery on Terrell Owens will not medically release him to play in the Superbowl.

All I have to say about this news is... Cry
I wish he would play so they can dismantle the Pats.
I'm sure he will end up playing some way or another.
Even if he did play I don't think they outcome would be any different.

Me too!
If you can't tell by now I listen to ESPN radio all day.

They reported today that the Dr. didn't release him due to everyone saying it takes a minimum of eight weeks to heal from this type of fracture. At the time of the game it will be around 6.5 weeks. If the doctor would release him he's afraid he could be liable to an extent if he gets hurt in the game or practice. Since this happened T.O. and his agent have been meeting with Eagles front office and coaches to let them know that he intends on playing. The team said they will evaluate T.O. and possibly let him practice in the next few days and then make a final decision.
i love espn the radio
