Ouchh.
Great win for BB. Looks like the 10th is more open than most had expected.
Wow!

Boyd County also dropped Harrison by 9-4 score as well. Rough day for the 'Breds.
Mac usually does not show much to 10th Region teams, but looking at his record coming into this game, he was undefeated against the region. Since he feels BBHS is going to be one of his main competitors, it would not surprise me at all that he showed nothing and saw everything he needed. Looks like Brossart went with their best.

I don't doubt your analysis too much, but I have to question your belief that BBHS went with their #1, since his record after this game was only 2-0. If he was really their #1, out of a 21-8 record, he'd have a few more decisions. I think both teams probably went pretty deep in their rotations, going with #1 long relievers, maybe, or #4 in the rotation. Kid for BBHS is a senior and the loser of record for HCHS is a junior, both are listed as OF/P's.
