2011 RB Derek Bishop from Trinity HS has accepted a "preferred walk-on" spot with the Cats next year. He ran 249 times for 1,568 yards and 17 TDs as a Junior, then rushed for 1,758 yards on 262 carries with 27 touchdowns his Senior year.
Bishop chose a walk-on spot at Kentucky over a walk-on spot at Louisville.
