I'd say Cal is holding on to some scholarships to wait and see who is coming back. He may have to offer a jersey filler like Jarrod Polson. I honestly have no problem with that. I think it's good to have some blue chip in state guys on the team and if Polson and Hood dedicate themselves, they could play some good minutes for us their junior and senior years.
