We mentioned in the night post that Coach Cal offered five-star center Nerlens Noel yesterday, but Adam Zagoria is reporting this morning that his high school teammate, Wayne Selden also received an offer from the Cats. The two players join forces for Tilton, a small private school in New Hampshire the former school of noted actor M. Emmet Walsh.
Noel, as noted earlier, is a 6′10″ center in the class of 2013 and is ranked by ESPN as the #3 overall player and by Rivals as the #6 overall. He has an Hopson-like flat-top, though itâs unclear if the 6′10″ measurement includes that or not. Heâs being targeted by Georgetown, Florida and Kansas and is regarded as the best shot-blocker in the country and a rapidly improving offensive player.
