Thought this would be cool to see everyones opinions.

1.2007 Florida-Gators had a target on their back all season as the defending national champions and still pulled it off.

2.2009 North Carolina-Won every tournament game in very convincing fashion.

3.2004 UConn-Had the top two players in the nation on the same team.

4.2005 North Carolina-Very talented roster with a lot of high draft picks.

5.2008 Kansas-Veteran team and even had a player off the bench go in the lottery.

6.2002 Maryland-Had all the tools and made back to back final fours.

7.2003 Syracuse- Carmelo Anthony is all you need.

8.2006 Florida-Same team at number 1 just a year younger.

9.2010 Duke-I thought they were about the 5th or 6th best team in the tournament but they played well when it mattered.

10.2011 UConn-Very surprising champion but got it done.

Yeah, there is no such thing as liking Kentucky and Duke.

Wow. I knew it but I hadn't realized it. Three teams have won two titles each in the last ten years.

I do lol
It has to be the hate for dUKe that no one is giving last years team credit. That team was much better than the other teams from 5 on down

I definitely don't think they are in the bottom 2 but that team was a very skilled and deep team at every position.
I think they could compete with any team on the list but they simply didn't have the intimidation factor.
There wasn't any one person on that team that could just outplay you on any given night, but they had A LOT of very good pieces.
I didn't even fool with making a list because it made my brain hurt lol

I disagree. I ranked last year's Duke team at 9th simply because I don't think they were as talented as most of the others in the past. They also got the easiest draw out of anyone in the tournament last year and probably any of these past ten champions.

Anyhow, I certainly did not rank Duke there because of my hate for them. If we were talking about the last 11 years, the '01 Duke team may have been better than any of these teams were talking about here.
Yeah, that 2001 Duke team was all-time great. (Not the very best but maybe top 10)
Since I hate Duke, Florida, UNC, and Kansas

1. 2004 - UConn
2. 2003 - Syracuse
3. 2002 - Maryland
4. 2011 - UConn
T1. Florida 2007(The only back to back champion on here)
T1. North Carolina 2009(Dominant team)
3. North Carolina 2005(People forget they beat a great Illinois team in the title game)
4. UCONN 2004(Okafor and Gordon, 'nuff said)
5. Florida 2006(Great team, beat a great Villanova team and the cinderella George Mason)
6. Kansas 2008(Clutch, veteran group)
7. Maryland 2002(Don't remember this team)
8. Duke 2010(Got a bit lucky with UK and Kansas getting knocked out)
9. Syracuse 2003(Carmelo...)
10. UCONN 2011(Really pulled off one of the great postseason runs)
Stardust Wrote:It has to be the hate for dUKe that no one is giving last years team credit. That team was much better than the other teams from 5 on down

It's not the hate for Duke I just don't think they were a great team. The 2001 Duke team is better than any team on that list but the 2010 is not even close with the top 5 teams.
