The NCAA (No Consistency Athletic Association) is getting worse and worse. This is just about not even funny anymore.

Someone explain to me how these two cases deserve different punishments.

I dont know who Perry Jones is.

Buddy, I just don't even pay attention to the rulings anymore. Their is no difference in these two cases in my opinion. Both families took money.

Ditto, who is he? Is he one of the 100's of cases that are ruled upon each and every day? How consistent is the NCAA knowing that there are literally 100's of rulings on eligibility, potential recruiting violations and disciplinary actions given every day of the week.

Perry Jones was a potential top 5 NBA draft pick. Very athletic kid. However, nothing is clean these days, which truly saddens me.

Perry Jones is a freshman forward at Baylor and a future NBA lottery pick.
