Valley. If they play defense and team ball then they shouldnt have any problems.

I don't know much about either team, but I do remember Phelps beat Knott Central in the WYMT tournament. So I think they'll maybe step up again tonite and beat Valley by 6.

I will go with Phelps, because Valleys guards hit some shots against Betsy Layne so they will fire at will and they won't go in.
