Powell Co returns entire pitching staff and 7 starters from the other positions. Notables icnclude senior pitchers John Mays and Logan Morton. Juniors: catcher David Hayes, centerfield Elliot Hale, short stop Cody Mortnn and second base Matt Pelfrey

With that many players returning it sounds like they should definetely be in the running to win the 14th?

Estill has good returning talent in Berryman, Henry, and Elliott. They also have a lot of young talent in the young kids. Thomas is just a sophomore but has two years of varsity experience. Estill will be in the running along with Powell for the distict title, and also the Region title. Remember, its held at Estill this year. I think districts are as well.
