I think that Clay County will win the 13th Region Tournament
Clay over North Laurel in the region....Just as it will be in the district.
Clay County will win as North Laurel is not consistent enough to win the region. The darkhorse is Harlan County. Beware of the Lady Bears.
Bell County has shown that they could compete with the best teams in the 13th Region except for the lose to Clay County.
Clay will win the closest game will prob be a 8pt win
Clay wins big playing either Bell or Harlan co. in the finals

North and Clay play each oter first round of the district
Looks like North is going home, Clay Co should win the 13th easy.

No they do a blind draw. It is a 5 team district and 3 of 5 vote for the draw knowing 8 out of 10 years that is their only shot at region.
Clay County will win it hands down.
