Thanks.
When I drove down to Pike County to spread my sons ashes is Pikeville at the lookout(or what ever it is really called) I bought me a P.C.C. Hoddie and I where it all the time along with a shirt I got a few years back when he and I came down for the Pike County Bowl.
Whitley Co.

Week 1 Bell Co.
Week 2 South Laurel
Week 3 North Laurel
Week 4 Corbin
Week 5 Williamsburg
Week 6 Harlan Co.
Week 7 Knox Central
Week 8 Perry Co.
Week 9 Pulaski Co.
Week 10 Letcher Central

Notice i didnt have any games against Highlands or a Lville team or some nationally ranked team.
The games I picked would have the best atmosphere for the game. All of these games are against teams that have had rivalries with Whitley or presently does.
It's also a believable schedule that would bring in great revenue for the school.

Bring the true black gold bowl back, drop the soft teams off the schedule, but keep Leslie as they are an age old rival and it is usually (minus the past 2-3 years) been a good game.

I really think Powell and Western Hills would be the only teams that EC would beat in this schedule. They would get blown out by most of these schools. No offense, it's just a really hard schedule. They may be able to beat Mason next year, they won't be as good as they have been the last couple of years.

if i had to replace one game, i would put either West, East Carter or Lewis in where Highlands is.

i thought about putting Montgomery County on there but didn't

Campbell County (1st year of new sports complex) - I'm sticking with our district play, but this is the schedule I'd like to see the Camels play in the inaugural year of the new stadium.

1. Brossart (CCMS - soon to be neutral site) great game for the Alexandria community,
not a great match-up yet, but would be fun
2. Newport Catholic - Not a better game for the Camels to open the new facility with
3. @ Seneca - really enjoyed this series a few years ago. A great guage for both teams early in the season.
4. Ryle - I you are going to play your first District game at Home, let if be against the Raiders
5. @ Dixie - I like the atmosphere there
6. Cincinnati Colerain - If we are going to dream, let's dream big. What a marque game to bring to CCHS in the new staidum.
7. Boone County - after a week to lick the wounds, come right back at home with the Rebels in a District home game
8. @ Simon Kenton - I love their field, to close out the 6A District schedule
9. @ Beechwood - I have always wanted to see these two teams play
10. Highlands - Finish a special year with a repeat of 198.1 It would be an honor to give the Birds their only loss on their way to a state championship
Prestonsburg
week 0 - Belfry
week 1 - Pikeville
week 2 - Hazard
week 3 - Bye
week 4 - Corbin
week 5 - Perry County
week 6 - Beechwood
week 7 - Breathitt County
week 8 - Sheldon Clark
week 9 - Johnson Central
week 10- Pike Central

Would love to see this schedule & it realisticly could happen. No cupcakes & a variety of different styles of offense to get you ready for the playoffs.
