Manual beats Toledo Start, ranked #12 nationally and previously undefeated by the final score of 61-53. Toledo Start- Maleeka Kynard, 5-6 Point Guard, 2011 (Ohio State); Azia Bishop, 6-4 Forward, 2011 (Kentucky); Jaymie Jackson, 5-9 Wing, 2011; CeDra Evans, 6-4 Center, 2012 (both Jackson and Evans are among top 50 players in America at their position/class).
Manual goes 1-1 in the Classic in the Country Challenge in Berlin, OH. Manual lost 60-56 to #34 nationally ranked and undefeated Twinsburg, OH. Great competition for Manual and great exposure for the players with approximately 150 college coaches in attendance. Overall, a very good showing for Kentucky girl's high school basketball.
