Micah Johnson commits to UK!!
#1
Huge pickup for the Cats...he will be a immediate star on our defense IMO. Word is that Josh Minton(Pulaski SW DE) and Corey Peters(Louisville Central DL)will give their pledge to the Cats within the next 2 weeks. All 3 will see a lot of PT next year as true freshmen.

So as talked about earlier, nothing is OFFICIAL? They havn't signed anything yet. Even a verbal isn't official (which they havn't made eaither)
#3
This would be nice.
#4
I am very confident that this has been a done deal since the Mississippi State game if not longer. Nothing is offical yet but he will be at UK next season.
#5
Have to wait and see.
#6
he may help the kentucky defense
#7
It's hilarious to listen to UL fans since this news came out... they are pissed!
#8
Three nice pickups for the Cats.....Can't wait til next season !
#9
Be good if he doesn't get hurt.
#10
Jeff Drummond, at the Cats Pause, has made it offical now that Johnson has committed to the Cats.
#11
Those are great additions to the team!
Congrats guys!
#12
Great pickup for the Wildcats.
#13
BIG pickup for the Cats. Probably the biggest recruit since Tim Couch from Leslie. Will make better. Good job Cats
#14
They will step right in and help the defense out imo.
#15
Who's Micah Johnson?
#16
Kentucky Mr. Football
#17
Did johnson sign for RB or LB. I think it was gonna be LB right?
#18
It has been said they will try him at those positions and DE and play him where he is best at. The Cats also got commitments from DE Rickey Lumpkin from Tenn who was AAAA MR Football, a 6'3 juco WR Steve Johnson and a DE from Flordia Jamal Paris who is 6'5 and runs close to 4.5 40 top 50 prospect from the state of FA
#19
Sounds like they should be getting some good young talent to build on the next couple of years.
#20
Is this a 'for sure' commitment?
#21
Yea, Micah has been calling several other in state and out of state players trying to get them to come also.
#22
The Cats have picked up another verbal from a 6'5 3 star QB from Ohio, Mike Hartline 19th pro-style QB in the nation.
