IMHO if you don't have a coach who is willing to do what needs to be done and a team who has a goal you might as well not have a team.

We have spent the entire year providing our kids with new opportunities and no one has taken advantage of it. They want it to be easy and they don't want to put in the work. As a parent and a booster club member I find it very hard to work and raise the funds when there is no improvement.

As the above poster said, to spend so much time and money on something and all the girls use the time for is status building, it certainly was unsatisfying.
