Pikeville 66 Shelby Valley 37
#1
Final from SV.

The #10 Panthers improve to 25-2 on the season with a running-clock rout on the Cats’ home floor.

One of the best shooting performances of the season and a very balanced effort from Pike High.

As a long time Panther fan, that one was fun!

After the 1st Qtr, Pikeville went on a 49-17 run to take a 62-27 lead.

That was an implosion. Crazy

Wow. Isn't Shelby Valley supposed to be the 2nd best team in the region?

Yep!
I'll be honest I don't follow HS girls basketball too closely but if SV is really the 2nd best team they might as well hand Pikeville the trophy now. You'd think with a Power 5 D1 talent SV would be more competitive but Pikeville just seems to be a dominant force this year.

I say right now Lawrence county girls are #2 in the 15th region and has the best player in the region. (FELTNER).
