Thursday night football this week will consist of two local rivals when undefeated North Laurel will host South Laurel who is looking for there first win. 

North Laurel (4-0) wins: Bell County 30-22, Breathitt County 34-12, Shelby Valley 42-7, Barren County 34-7

South Laurel (0-5) losses: Harlan County 59-26, Estill County 40-6, Knox Central Covid 1-0, Madison Central 69-6, Rockcastle County 52-7

I feel as if North Laurel is in the verge of a nice run over the next couple seasons and a real threat in the district this season. They’ll roll on South but I can’t wait to see what happens against Pulaski and Southwestern.

Just watched my rockets roll against SL on Friday night. Rock scrimmage NL at one of the 7on7 camps before the season and played out even so I can’t imagine NL having any problems with South to the tune of something similar to what we did.
