1. First I find a image I want to use for a the tattoo.
2. I remove the background and I am left with a the tattoo on a transparent background.
3. I then create a raster layer on the image I want to apply the tattoo.
4. I then apply the tattoo image to the new layer.
5. I then adjust, resize, and shear it with the deform tool until it fits just the way I want it.
6. I then will apply a motion blur to the tattoo layer..
7. I then will set the layer filter to multiply, burn or overlay.. Depending on what looks best..
8. Then I will adjust opacity until it looks authentic.
